Well, today I’ve got another recipe for you. This is one that I personally use, a lot! It’s super healthy and best of all, it tastes great!
Yummy Kefir Granola with Berries
It’s so simple.
All you need is:
- Homemade granola
- Kefir
- Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, stevia) to taste
- Berries (blueberries and strawberries are my favorites)
That’s it!
Eat it for breakfast or as a snack. Either way, you’ll be giving your body tons of nutrition that will help you feel great and be one step closer to a healthier you!
