I know I used to be until I found this healthy, yummy recipe.
It’s a recipe for a delicious homemade granola, and today I’m gonna share it with you!
Healthy Homemade Granola
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 2 tablespoons nut butter (peanut, almond, hazelnut, cashew, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- raisins, shredded coconut, nuts, seeds, chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Mix all of this together really well. Pour it into a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, stirring it occasionally, until it’s golden brown and crumbly. Store in a jar with a lid, and use within the month.
I typically quadruple this recipe so that I don’t have to make it over and over, but my family eats it pretty quickly. It makes a great breakfast cereal or snack!
