Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) holds a special place in my heart. It’s one of the first herbs I learned to identify in the wild and one of the first that I transplanted and cultivated in my herb garden. Yarrow has a long history of use and can be used in many different situations which makes it a good herb to know.

I’m so ready to further explore this great herb with you this month and learn how we can use it for food, health, and wellness!
