May I be so bold as to say that gut health is the key to overall wellness? If so, in today’s video, I’m sharing one of my favorite ways to support my gut.
Homemade water kefir!
Water kefir is a combination of water, sugar, and water kefir grains. The water kefir grains feed off of the sugar, thus fermenting the water and yielding strains of bacteria and yeast to the water that are beneficial to gut health and supportive to our gut’s microbiome. This results in a probiotic-rich, carbonated drink that is so good for your gut!
