In this month’s recipe walk-through video, I’m walking you through my process of making a homemade chamomile hydrosol which can be used both internally and externally, on the skin and in the home, and even as the liquid portion of handcrafted skincare products, such as lotions.
While I’ve shared this process before on the blog through a photo tutorial of a lavender hydrosol, I thought it would be helpful to see one made on video, so here it is! Keep in mind that this process can be used to make all sorts of hydrosols, so you aren’t limited to chamomile and lavender only!
